I have come up with a solution for my week long mexico church trip.
diet pills. i will scrounge the old suckers up. i hate them with a passion but they are the only things that don't make me eat. plus, they give me energy. so i will restrict with diet pills all week. and hopefully not come back weighing a jillion pounds more.
