Oi. way screwed up. 50 mg of zoloft, 225 of effexor xr. dizzy, shakey, nauseous, exausted. just woke up from nap. its hard to sleep when i feel so sick.

all ive had was a small small small garden salad from carls jr with italian dressing. i didn't even finish it. i couldn't. it made me feel sick like when i over eat.
